Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. You will deliver letters and parcels, often on foot, across your assigned area and may handle election materials according to policy.

A driving assessment is required at start, with shifts varying by time of day. Angard Staffing will coordinate pay, with each shift having set rates and potential for permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and handle a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts vary and require team flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your delivery area, including parts of the route on foot.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and handle election materials with care in line with business standards.
