Job summary

Angard Recruitment is recruiting flexible postal delivery drivers for Royal Mail in the United Kingdom. You will deliver letters and parcels across your round, driving a Royal Mail van and occasionally walking sections of the route to complete deliveries.

Roles are temporary with potential for permanency. Shifts vary by time of day, and you’ll be paid according to the shift rate for each period, with opportunities to earn based on the schedule. Outdoor work and mobility are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence with up to 6 points needed for Royal Mail van rounds.
• Excellent physical fitness to walk and lift mailbags up to 16kg.
• Flexible shifts and ability to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels in your area as part of a round.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and walk parts of your route when required.
• Ensure items are delivered securely and on time in all weather conditions.
