Job summary

Angard Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Royal Mail to fill flexible (temporary) postal delivery driver roles across the UK. You will drive a Royal Mail van, deliver letters and parcels, and occasionally walk routes on foot as part of your rounds.

The job combines community service with activity; expect shifts that can start early mornings to late evenings, with various rate bands depending on the shift.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence: Full, manual UK licence with no more than 6 points.
• Physical fitness: ability to walk long distances and lift mailbags up to 16kg.
• Flexibility: shifts vary; adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your delivery area.
• Drive the round and deliver items on foot where required.
• Handle election materials and certain items per Royal Mail standards.
