Bupa is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality CBT and brief interventions across modalities including face-to-face, phone, and video. The role involves thorough assessments and formulations to guide care, collaboration with Clinical Leads, and adherence to case management processes.

Applicants should have BABCP accreditation, a Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (High Intensity), and at least two years of post-qualification experience delivering high-intensity CBT.

Qualifications

• BABCP accreditation and Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (High Intensity).
• At least 2 years post-qualification experience delivering high-intensity CBT.
• Full BABCP accreditation and active practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide evidence-based care.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions per client preference.
• Adhere to Bupa's case management processes with the therapy team.
• Attend supervision and collaborate with Clinical Leads and teams.
