Bupa is recruiting a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who is BABCP accredited to deliver high intensity CBT sessions remotely in the UK. The role offers £47,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package, with part-time pro-rata arrangements.

You will conduct 1-2-1 CBT, carry out assessments and formulations, and provide flexible delivery via MS Teams. Full induction and ongoing CPD support are provided.

Qualifications

• BABCP accredited CBT qualification required.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in high-intensity CBT.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate evidence-based intervention plans.
• Deliver sessions via MS Teams and adapt delivery to client needs.
• Act as first clinical contact for remote mental health support and coordinate with the therapy team.
