Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Contact delinquent customers via telephone and email, maintaining consistent follow-up according to established performance metrics.
  • Meet or exceed individual cash targets and call volume as assigned monthly and quarterly.
  • Escalate accounts where financial instability is evident, including payment & performance bond filings, lien filings, and contacting end users or general contractors.
  • Prepare and refer identified accounts to legal counsel or third-party collection agencies.
  • Collaborate with field office personnel and AR Management to identify process deficiencies and implement best practices.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of customer service/collection experience.
