We have an exciting role for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a global music business in London, with a hybrid working model: 4 days in the office and working from home on Fridays.

This role is within the Central Accounting team, serving the UK Recorded Music Label Groups, supporting the AP & AR Manager in leading the Accounts Receivable function.

Day to day:

1. Ensure prompt collection and supervision of the company's debt across our customer portfolio.
2. Oversee billing processes company-wide, driving control, accuracy, and efficiency.
3. Ensure accurate and timely cash allocation alongside offshore teams.
4. Maintain protocols within our customer onboarding process.
5. Act as the first point of contact for music business units, establishing good communication with key stakeholders, managing relationships both internally and externally, and delivering high-quality service to our customers.
6. Work closely with offshore partners to enhance receivable processes and maintain KPIs.

Person specifications:

• Experience in a similar role within a large organization (preferred).
• Previous experience working with outsourced functions (desirable).
• Experience with SAP and SAP Business Object Analysis for Office (desirable).
• Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
