What You'll Do:

1. Processing client payments (using Navision)
2. Logging client payments
3. Coordinating with banks regarding tracking problems and payment difficulties
4. Updating and maintaining accounts files
5. Running commission reports
6. Invoicing clients and preparing remittance advice
7. Reconciling multi-currency accounts (USD / EURO / GBP / AUD)
8. Managing client accounts and liaising about accounting changes
9. Processing client payments for various departments (Literature / Digital / Music and others)
10. Collaborating within a team of four Client Accounts Receivable Assistants
11. Processing payments into Bank of America for transfer

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit
2. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Outgoing and confident personality
5. Strong relationship-building skills with assistants, agents, and clients
6. Previous experience in creative agencies, media, legal, or property sectors using Trust accounting
7. AAT qualification or working towards it
8. Effective communication skills, driven, and resilient
9. Ambitious with a keen eye for detail
10. Proficiency in MS Office; Navision experience preferred
11. Knowledge of VAT and withholding tax (training provided)
12. Ability to prioritize varied workloads
13. Confidentiality and discretion at all times

Working Conditions:

1. Temporary (3 months) to permanent position
2. 37.5 hours per week
3. Location: London, New Oxford Street Offices
