Job summary

Bridgewater Resources UK in Newcastle is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join the team. You will support the sales and management teams with administrative tasks, maintain records, raise invoices and handle invoice queries, and monitor customer accounts for payments.

You will work 25 hours per week (9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday) with a starting salary of about £18,980. The role includes mentoring, a positive working environment and the option to join the company pension

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and in accounts payable/receivable.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and management team with administrative tasks.
• Maintain organised records, documents and files.
• Raise invoices and handle invoice queries.
• Monitor customer accounts and collect payments by phone and email.
• Communicate with departments across the business; use Excel and internal systems to update accounts.
