Base pay range

Accounts Payable | Investment Manager | £35,000 - £45,000 | 12m FTC | London and Hybrid

We are collaborating with an established investment management firm that is seeking an accounts payable professional to join its team for a 12-month FTC. The firm has an excellent history of successful investing and numerous exciting changes planned for the upcoming year.

This role will support the current AP team as they prepare to implement a new P2P system in the coming months while also covering BAU AP tasks.

Your Role:

• Supporting the AP Manager with the implementation of the new P2P system.
• Working with the two Accounts Payable Analysts to ensure the BAU accounts payable tasks are completed.
• Completing weekly payment runs, staff expenses, and processing supplier invoices.
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, making sure all tasks are up to date and meeting targets.

About you:

• Experience with implementing a P2P system is desirable, but not a must.
• A driven candidate with great attention to detail.
• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Great inter-personal skills for communicating with team members and stakeholders.
• Immediately available or on short notice.
