Job summary

Trial Balance Consulting are supporting a Redruth-based specialist services client to recruit an Accounts Administrator for a full-time, permanent role on site at their HQ. You will work with the Finance Manager and cover AP, AR, reconciliations and related administrative tasks in a busy team.

The role emphasises strong general aptitude, excellent organisation, and a proactive approach. Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, and familiarity with Xero is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of pivot tables, formulas and data extraction in MS Excel.
• Experience with Xero is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable including PO raising, invoices, reconciliations, supplier payments.
• Manage accounts receivable including client invoicing and aged debtor monitoring.
• Perform client credit references and monitor the aged debt book.
• Carry out bank reconciliations and act as first point of contact for finance queries.
• Oversee petty cash and maintain company databases and digital accounting systems.
