Job summary

Trial Balance Consulting in Redruth is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll report directly to the Accountant and receive full training and ongoing support.

The role covers end-to-end purchase ledger activities, posting and authorising supplier invoices, cash book posting, and supplier reconciliations, with a need for around 2 years’ experience and strong Excel skills, in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years’ experience in an accounts role.
• Strong IT skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to stay organised in a busy finance environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the purchase ledger.
• Posting and authorising supplier invoices.
• Cash book posting.
• Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving queries.
• Managing workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
