A growing manufacturing business in Redditch is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their close-knit team. This varied role involves accounts administration, sales order processing, and general office support. The position offers flexible working hours (18-32 hours per week), with hybrid options available. You will be responsible for generating invoices, preparing accounts to trial balance, and handling customer enquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience with Pegasus Opera and excellent communication skills. Pay ranges from £13 to £16 per hour depending on experience.

An experienced Administrator with strong accounts skills is required to join a friendly SME manufacturing business based in Redditch. This varied role combines accounts administration, sales order processing, and general office support.

A temp-to-permanent vacancy, offering flexible hours between 18 and 32 per week, across Monday - Thursday.

As an Administrator, you will be required to:
  • Generate and issue invoices using Pegasus Opera
  • Prepare accounts up to trial balance
  • Produce accurate accounts reports
  • Process sales orders efficiently
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries
  • Manage email enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Handle general office administration while prioritising multiple tasks effectively
Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Pegasus Opera experience (essential)
  • Previous accounts administration experience, ideally within an SME
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
