This role reports to the Accounting Manager and is based in Kannapolis, NC. The Accounting Analyst supports daily finance operations, ensuring best practices in processing accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger transactions.
Education & Experience: College degree in Accounting with 3+ years relevant experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge: Excellent communication, strong Excel skills, familiarity with MS Office and preferably Microsoft D365. Demonstrated teamwork, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work long hours and travel as needed.
Must work in a high-pressure environment, sometimes lifting up to 50 pounds, and work with machinery and hazardous materials according to safety policies. Flexibility for long hours, weekends, and travel is required.
