2025 marks the tenth season of MoneyGram Haas F1 Team in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. We are committed to challenging the status quo and invite you to join us. Position Overview

This role reports to the Accounting Manager and is based in Kannapolis, NC. The Accounting Analyst is vital for daily finance operations, ensuring best practices in accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teamwork and Communication: Foster effective communication across departments.
2. Accounts Payable: Manage vendor setup, invoice processing, resolve queries, reconcile statements, and process payments. Prepare payment proposals mid-month and at month-end.
3. Accounts Receivable: Handle customer setup, invoicing, resolve queries, manage statements, and collect payments.
4. Treasury: Administer payments via banking systems, record bank entries, reconcile statements, and manage ledger entries for reporting.
5. Other Duties: Support credit card and expense reporting, assist with ERP upgrades, prepare audit documentation, and adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting and 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Understanding of role-specific processes
• Experience with Microsoft D365 preferred
• Ability to perform under pressure, work in teams, and demonstrate attention to detail

Equipment & Environment

Must have a computer with MS Office and D365. The role involves working in a high-pressure environment, possibly requiring travel and flexible hours, including weekends. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, manual dexterity, and working around machinery and racing equipment.
