About MoneyGram Haas F1 Team

2025 marks the tenth season of the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. We are a team that challenges the status quo and aims for growth and success, being the first American F1 team since 1986. With a memorable debut in 2016, we have continued to demonstrate progress, culminating in our second-best season to date.

Position Overview

The role reports to the Accounting Manager and is based in Kannapolis, NC. The Accounting Analyst supports daily finance operations, ensuring best practices in processing accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Collaboration: Promote effective communication and teamwork across departments.
2. Accounts Payable: Manage vendor setup, invoice processing, resolving queries, statement reconciliations, and payments. Prepare payment proposals mid-month and at month-end.
3. Accounts Receivable: Handle customer setup, invoicing, resolving queries, statements, and collections.
4. Treasury: Process payments through banking systems, record bank entries, reconcile statements, and manage general ledger entries.
5. Other Duties: Support credit card and expense reporting, assist with ERP upgrades, prepare audit documentation, and adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication, Excel skills, and experience with MS Office and Microsoft D365 preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team, and with a positive attitude.

Work Environment & Additional Info
