Position Overview

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst based in Kannapolis, NC, reporting to the Accounting Manager. This role is vital for the daily operations of our finance team, including processing accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teamwork & Communication: Foster effective communication across departments.
2. Accounts Payable: Manage vendor setup, invoice processing, statement reconciliations, and payments.
3. Accounts Receivable: Handle customer setup, invoicing, queries, statements, and collections.
4. Treasury: Administer payments, record bank entries, reconcile statements, and manage ledger entries.
5. Additional Support: Assist with credit card and expense reporting, ERP upgrades, and audit documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 3+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication, Excel skills, and experience with MS Office and Microsoft D365.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team, and with a positive attitude.

Work Environment & Additional Requirements

Must work in a high-pressure environment, with occasional travel, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Compliance with health and safety policies is mandatory.
