Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for queries from orders to stock and issues.
• Process orders accurately, including email orders.
• Maintain regular contact, share promotions and offers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products.
• Contribute to targeted campaigns to grow accounts.
• Keep customer records and admin up to date.
• Work with a small team, owning your workload.
