Job summary

Purely Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a Customer Account Manager for the outskirts of Swindon. The role covers day-to-day account management, KPI reporting, and on-site client meetings. You will monitor SLAs, coordinate orders, invoicing, and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure accurate charges and timely deliveries.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in a similar role, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. Occasional weekend work may be required for stock takes.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Willing to work weekends occasionally (4–5 times a year).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts and ensure KPIs are up to date.
• Monitor SLAs for outbound/inbound sectors and escalate if not met.
• Coordinate orders, invoicing, and cost allocations across accounts.
• Maintain CRM interactions and liaise with warehouse teams.
• Hold meetings with clients on-site and via Zoom/Teams.
• Identify and raise rework tasks to reduce delays.
