Hallmark UK & Ireland seeks an Account Manager to lead the relationship with key retailer contacts, aligning product, retail, e-commerce and store operations to maximise sales opportunities. You will own contract execution and work with cross-functional teams to deliver on retailer goals.

You’ll balance product development input with retailer needs, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to critical timelines while driving commercial success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level with a proven track record in commercial/customer-facing environments.
• Experience in Account Management and executing commercial contracts, ideally with a national retailer.
• Experience across multiple channels including retail, e-commerce, and multiple seasons.

• Be the lead go-to and manage the relationship with the customer and their retail contacts.
• Develop knowledge of retailer goals to maximise opportunities and influence trading planning.
• Execute the commercial contract day-to-day and leverage solutions to maximise performance.
• Identify new product opportunities to maximise sales performance.
• Manage and deliver profitable solutions to commercial, operational and seasonal challenges.
• Identify solutions to minimise wastage and feed into the trading and category vision.
