Job summary

Acosta, Flexforce division, seeks an Account Manager in Woking for a hybrid role. You will manage client relationships, drive projects across field marketing and retail activation, and deliver growth within a portfolio of blue‑chip brands and retailers.

The role offers progression within a fast-paced environment, with exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Salary £35,000–£40,000 plus 10% discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience within Account Management, Client Services, Field Marketing, Retail Operations, or Project Management.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Advanced Excel skills and data familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact across your account portfolio.
• Develop account growth plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Support proposal development, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Lead end-to-end mobilisation and delivery of field marketing projects.
• Manage timelines, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and client expectations.
