Qualifications

  • Experience within an engineering environment ideally aerospace or automotive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer accounts and support new business opportunities.
  • Actively manage the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and coordinate internal actions to fulfil them.
  • Prepare and submit product documentation for technical and delivery approval.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer needs, complaints and feedback.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with key clients.
  • Analyse and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with senior management.
  • Improve internal contract review processes.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with company health & safety standards.

Account Manager (12-Month Contract)

Location: Aldershot Hampshire (onsite with some remote flexibility)

Contract: Starting December - 12-month fixed-term contract

Salary: (depending on experience)

Hours: 40 per week (Mon Thurs 07:00‑15:45 Fri 06:00‑13:00)

About the Role

Talented People are recruiting for an Account Manager on a 12-month contract to support a leading precision engineering company in Hampshire. This role is focused on managing key customer accounts supporting subcontract suppliers and identifying opportunities for new business. You’ll work closely with the wider accounts team to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to growth.
