We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our client's team and help deliver world-class value across a variety of events and industries!

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will focus on generating new business during quieter periods, particularly in the IT/Networks sectors such as festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and outdoor events. You will develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth account transitions to the account management team. This role involves close collaboration with sales and operational teams to drive company growth.

This company supplies innovative audio visual and IT equipment solutions, combined with trusted, friendly service for all sizes of indoor and outdoor events in the UK, Europe, and worldwide. Their technical expertise and extensive inventory of AV and IT technologies enable them to serve clients across all industries, from initial concept to delivering exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/Networks sector, focusing on events such as festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and more.
  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively reach and secure new business.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with new clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored proposals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring consistent service and value.
  • Pitch products and services to both new and existing clients to expand the company's reach.
  • Support the Partnerships Director in achieving targets and contributing to overall company goals.
  • Ensure quality control by meeting equipment specifications across all projects.
  • Be flexible with weekend work as needed.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to business growth and client satisfaction.
