The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to join our client's team and help deliver world-class value across a variety of events and industries!

About the Role:

As the Technical Partnerships Manager, you will focus on generating new business during quieter periods, especially in the IT/Networks sectors such as festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and outdoor events. You will develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth transitions of accounts to the account management team. This role involves close collaboration with sales and operational teams, playing a key part in driving growth.

This company supplies innovative audio visual and IT equipment solutions, combined with trusted, friendly service for all sizes of indoor and outdoor events across the UK, Europe, and worldwide. Their technical expertise and extensive inventory of AV and IT technologies enable them to serve clients across various industries, from initial concept to event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/Networks sector, focusing on events like festivals, conferences, exhibitions, etc.
  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively reach and secure new clients.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored proposals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Pitch products and services to new and existing clients to expand the company's reach.
  • Support the Partnerships Director in achieving targets and contributing to overall company goals.
  • Ensure quality control by meeting equipment specifications across all projects.
  • Be flexible with weekend work as needed.
  • Meet KPIs related to business growth and client satisfaction.
