We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to join our client's team and help deliver world-class value across a variety of events and industries!

About the Role:

As the Technical Partnerships Manager, you will focus on generating new business in the IT/Networks sectors, including festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and outdoor events. You will develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless transitions of accounts to the account management team. This role involves close collaboration with sales and operational teams to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT/Networks sector, focusing on events like festivals, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Develop strategies to reach and secure new business.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored proposals.
  • Nurture existing client relationships for ongoing service and value.
  • Pitch products and services to new and existing clients to expand the company's portfolio.
  • Support the Partnerships Director in achieving targets and company goals.
  • Ensure quality control by meeting equipment specifications across projects.
  • Be flexible with weekend work when required.
  • Meet KPIs for business growth and client satisfaction.
