Job summary

HAWK3 Talent Solutions is recruiting an experienced Account Manager for our client in Oldham. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main contact from enquiry through to completion, coordinating multiple projects and ensuring excellent service.

The role is permanent and full-time, with a typical Mon-Fri pattern. A flexible start/finish time and 1 day of work-from-home after a successful 6‑month probation are offered to support work-life balance.

About the Role

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join a successful and well-established business.

This is a varied, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building strong relationships, managing multiple projects and working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive an excellent service from initial enquiry through to completion.

You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, taking ownership of accounts and coordinating projects while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing strong and long-term relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate projects from initial enquiry and brief through to completion.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate account and project information through the CRM system.
• Manage enquiries, proposals, orders and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with external teams and attend client/site meetings when required.
• Monitor customer expectations and proactively resolve issues.
