Job summary

Plum Personnel Ltd is seeking a proactive Account Manager near Solihull, West Midlands. This on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and getting stuck in as part of a friendly IT support team.

You will train customers on software and hardware, troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and visits, explain technical concepts plainly, and coordinate installations with engineers while working closely with colleagues across the business. Own transport required.

Near Solihull, West Midlands (On-site)

£30,000 - £35,000

Hours: 38-40 per week (flexi hours)

We are currently looking for a proactive, people-focused Account Manager to join a friendly, fast-growing team working within the IT Support team.

If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and getting stuck in — you’ll fit right in.

Due to the location of the role you must have your own transport.

What You’ll Do
