Job summary

This is a varied and customer-focused role where you will build strong relationships, ensure excellent service delivery, and identify opportunities to grow and develop accounts. You’ll play a key role in retaining customers while acting as their trusted partner within Elis.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in account management, sales or customer service
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive, customer-first approach
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and working with data
• A positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Driving licence essential

Experience within hospitality or a service-led industry is beneficial but not essential
