As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing revenue across a portfolio of approximately 150 existing customer accounts.
Through effective relationship management, consultative sales conversations, and strategic account development, you will identify opportunities to increase account value through cross‑selling and up‑selling activities.
Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will build long‑term partnerships, maximise customer engagement, and contribute to the achievement of business growth objectives.
The best thing about this role is the opportunity to grow and develop existing customer relationships while making a real impact on business success.
You’ll manage a portfolio of established accounts, giving you the chance to build trusted partnerships, uncover new opportunities, and drive meaningful growth through consultative conversations.
With a mix of relationship management, strategic account development, and commercial responsibility, no two days are the same.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape your approach, work closely with a supportive team, and see the direct results of your efforts as you help customers and the business succeed together.
The biggest challenge in this role is balancing the management of a large portfolio of customer accounts while consistently identifying and converting new growth opportunities.
Success requires strong prioritisation, proactive relationship building, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders across different regions, divisions, and buyer groups.
