Up to £50,000 + Car Allowance + 15% Bonus Potential | Homebased with UK Travel
If you enjoy getting to know your accounts, earning their trust and helping them get more from a partnership, this Account Manager opportunity could be for you.
You’ll join an established retail technology business, working alongside a dedicated Business Development team. They focus on bringing new customers on board; your role focuses solely on managing and developing existing relationships.
With an established customer portfolio, ongoing product development and the backing of a sizeable group, there’s plenty to work with.
As Account Manager, you’ll become the main contact for your customers, understanding their businesses and making sure they receive the service and support they need.
You’ll stay close through regular contact and face to face visits, looking after renewals, resolving concerns and identifying where additional products or services could make a difference.
You could already be an Account Manager, or bring account management experience from another B2B environment. You need to be comfortable operating at pace.
You’ll have a track record of retaining customers and growing relationships, with the commercial confidence to negotiate agreements and spot opportunities. Just as importantly, you’ll follow things through and take ownership when a customer needs help.
Experience in retail technology, EPOS, SaaS, convenience or forecourt would be useful. Strong account management skills and an understanding of what matters to customers will give you a good foundation.
As the Account Manager, you’ll manage your own diary from home, with UK wide travel to spend time with customers and build those relationships in person.
