Job summary

You will meet clients face-to-face, coach sales teams, review performance and implement commercial action plans. This field-based role offers autonomy, ongoing training and clear development into more senior responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales or account management.
• Ambitious, commercially minded and targets-driven.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients face-to-face and build relationships with managers and senior decision-makers
• Review sales performance and identify improvements
• Agree commercial action plans and help clients implement them
• Coach and develop sales teams
• Deliver training sessions and presentations
• Analyse data, trends and results to identify opportunities
• Support product launches and commercial initiatives
• Manage your diary, territory and priorities
• Build your profile and credibility across your client base
• Attend client events, conferences and hospitality
• Work autonomously while being part of a wider team
