Everywhen is seeking an Insurance Account Handler to join our growing teams across the UK. You will manage a portfolio of clients, supporting them through their insurance journey—from new business through renewals—while building strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day management of an assigned client portfolio
  • Help achieve retention, cross-selling and referral targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
  • Act as the first point of contact for client and insurer enquiries
  • Respond to requests promptly and resolve issues efficiently
  • Check insurer documentation and resolve discrepancies before issuing to clients
  • Maintain accurate client records in line with processes and regulatory requirements

What will you be doing?

As an Insurance Account Handler, you'll play a central role in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients. You'll help manage a portfolio of customers, supporting them throughout their insurance journey, from new business and policy changes through to renewals. As a trusted point of contact, you'll work closely with clients, insurers and colleagues to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and service standards remain exceptional. No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities
