• Support the day-to-day management of an assigned client portfolio.
• Help achieve retention, cross-selling and referral targets.

• Respond proactively to requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Check insurer documentation and resolve discrepancies before issuing to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records in line with processes and regulatory requirements.

What will you be doing?

As an Insurance Account Handler, you'll play a central role in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients. You'll help manage a portfolio of customers, supporting them throughout their insurance journey, from new business and policy changes through to renewals. As a trusted point of contact, you'll work closely with clients, insurers and colleagues to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and service standards remain exceptional. No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering great customer service.
