The role
We’re now looking for a motivated Account Handler (Commercial Insurance) to join us at the Jensten Group. You’ll be based in our Kidderminster office, primarily working on our Renewals book, with opportunities to handle New Business as well. We offer various insurance types, including Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined, Professional Liability, and SME’s. Reporting to a team leader, your main goal is to retain and renew clients, handle midterm adjustments, and address client queries. Key responsibilities include:
