Overview

Gallagher is looking for an experienced Account Handler. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding organization and further your career with a world-leading insurer. We invite you to apply for our Account Handler position in Brierley Hill.

How you'll make an impact
  • Assist in the renewal process for existing customers
  • Gather information and documentation for renewals and mid-term adjustments
  • Follow up on new and existing renewal business quotations
  • Identify alternative quotes for customers
  • Regularly liaise with third-party insurers
  • Ensure all data is accurately recorded into the system
About You
  • Commercial Account Handling experience is helpful; candidates with wider supervised financial services experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • 1-2 years of personal lines experience.
  • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills.
  • Risk awareness with strong planning and analytical skills.
  • Upselling skills.
