An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Coventry Agency.

About the role:

• Handling general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals by phone.
• Selling new NFU Mutual insurance policies to our existing insurance clients and new customers to the NFU Mutual.
• Introducing NFU Mutual Financial Services products to new and existing customers.
• Provide support to the rest of the team when needed.
• Support with general office administration duties.

About you

• People who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
• A proficient IT user with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving and like working in a customer support and sales environment. You will embrace meeting compliance requirements and having a meticulous eye for detail is essential.
• Minimum of GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• The ability to learn new systems, products, processes, and skills.
