Job summary

Alliance Learning in Greater Manchester is recruiting an experienced Account Manager to build and nurture client relationships, drive commercial growth, and win new business for apprenticeship and training solutions across the region.

You will manage allocated accounts, promote our training products, and act as a trusted point of contact for employers, delivering responsive service and opportunities to increase account value.

Qualifications

• Proven telesales and sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, target-driven, and self-motivated with a full driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow allocated client accounts.
• Generate new business through targeted telesales activity.
• Promote apprenticeships and commercial training solutions.
• Identify opportunities to increase account value and cross-sell services.
• Process enquiries and quotations professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
