Agentforce Service, Salesforce’s complete agentic service platform, is hiring an Account Executive to drive growth across Contact Centre, ITSM, and HR Service. The role centers on Agentforce Voice, Digital Engagement, and Service applications.

You will develop strategic account plans, engage customers across multiple channels, and collaborate with internal teams to close deals and upsell value.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying technology sales experience.
• Experience selling to Contact Centre, ITSM, HR Service software.
• Ability to build and execute account plans focusing on ACV growth.

Responsibilities

• Sell Agentforce Service platform to named accounts and prospects.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive upsell and cross-sell.
• Collaborate with internal teams to progress deals and ensure customer success.
• Engage with customers clearly via written and verbal communications.
