• Experience in quota-carrying, technology sales to enterprise customers.

• Ability to build and execute account plans to retain and grow ACV, with upsell/cross-sell focus.
• Skilled in discovery to understand customers' objectives and value hypotheses.
• Able to articulate compelling value through solutioning across Salesforce Service Cloud stack.
• Strong customer communication across written, verbal, and presentations, with internal collaboration.
