Qualifications

• Proven over-performance in B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience selling to technical buyers.
• Comfortable selling early product and category.
• Thrives in fast, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to create pipeline from zero.

Responsibilities

• Own the market: build pipeline from scratch, sharpen ICP, close deals at CTO/founder level.
• Speak the language of engineering leaders and translate product insights into commercial value.
• Sell with precision by linking product outcomes to business value (speed, reliability, throughput).
• Close the loop by sitting with founders and product teams weekly to influence roadmap.
• Design, test, and scale the playbook, messaging, sequences, qualification, pricing; iterate weekly.
