The Account Executive will be part of the Talent Solutions business and will focus on tapping into potential customer opportunities and generating new business for the market. You will:

• Prospect to build pipelines and establish strong personal relationships with prospects
• Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management regarding pipeline status
• Consistently close new business at or above quota level
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the territory and share competitive information
• Invest in colleagues by providing coaching and advice for improvement
• Develop and share best practices to strengthen the team

What success looks like:

• Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams
• Proactively solve problems outside your area and take on additional initiatives as they arise
• Seek leadership opportunities and contribute to achieving company objectives
• Utilize systems and tools effectively to develop and maintain accurate forecasts

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
• Fluency in Dutch

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SaaS opportunities
• Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions
• Strong negotiation and forecasting skills
