Job Description: SMB Territory Executive

Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and focus on what they do best: building their businesses.

As an SMB Territory Executive, you will be part of a team transforming how restaurants operate. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your local area. Your understanding of their needs will help develop customized solutions that help their businesses thrive. We seek your passion and sales expertise to grow the Toast brand in your territory.

Responsibilities
  • Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals (experience with self-sourcing clients is a plus)
  • Conduct demos and develop tailored solutions to meet prospect needs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets expectations set during sales
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities
  • Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively in the market
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or a related field
  • Reliable transportation (reimbursement for mileage provided), as this is a field role
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with negotiation abilities
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment
  • Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable
  • Basic technical proficiency with software; experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Valid UK driver’s license
