Job summary

HH Global is seeking an Account Executive to deliver exceptional client service and project delivery for a major FMCG POSM client. You will work between client sites, vendor locations, and home, needing access to Deeside three times weekly.

Role focuses on client communication, specifications, supplier briefings, and SLA adherence. You'll manage multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers while meeting KPIs and reporting

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask across projects.
• Attention to detail to meet brief, SLA and KPI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Engagement team in delivering services and building client relationships.
• Produce detailed specifications, capture technical details and key dates.
• Brief suppliers on requirements and monitor projects to ensure on-time delivery and SLA compliance.
• Ensure invoicing procedures are followed and relevant internal/client reports are generated.
