Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships and deliver solutions across POSM projects. You will work closely with internal teams and local partners to ensure delivery aligns with client needs and SLAs.

The role blends office, client site(s) and home working, requiring strong commercial sense, excellent communication and the ability to drive growth within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client solutions on complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Capture client briefs with full specs and deadlines and drive delivery end-to-end.
• Provide technical input and brief suppliers on client requirements and service levels.
• Monitor projects to spec, on time, and within budget; collaborate across teams.
• Prepare presentations and complete account administration and reporting.
