Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Client Engagement professional to deliver excellent client service, reporting and project delivery for key FMCG accounts in London. The role blends office, client site and home working, with access to theCentral London location as required.

You will manage briefs, timelines and supplier relations, ensuring quality and on-time delivery while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and executing invoicing and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Print or Direct Mail experience with client-facing focus.
• Numerate with a commercial bias and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Print, Direct Mail and POSM projects from brief to delivery.
• Take clear client briefs, manage timelines, and keep projects moving smoothly.
• Attend briefings and status calls to stay aligned with client needs.
• Suggest smart alternatives, innovations, and value-adding ideas.
• Brief suppliers and oversee production to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong communication with the account team and clients throughout.
• Manage scope changes, highlight cost impacts early, and ensure correct invoicing.
• Track and record all activity using the required tools and processes.
• Review completed projects to drive continuous improvement with clients and suppliers.
