Clayton Black is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our growing sales team and help businesses transform how they communicate with customers through our CCaaS platform. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging with senior stakeholders across Customer Experience, IT and operations, and delivering compelling product demonstrations to drive revenue.

• 2+ years in a closing sales role in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle across a defined territory or customer segment.
• Develop and execute account and territory plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound opportunities and partner relationships.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across CX, IT, Operations and C-suite.
• Lead consultative discovery to uncover business challenges and requirements.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business.
