Title: Wholesale Coordinator/Accounts Receivables UK
Reports to: Operations Manager WS
Working hours: Maternity cover for 1 year (Full time)
Location: London, UK
Objectives:
As Wholesale Coordinator, your main task is to provide J.Lindeberg's Wholesale partners with excellent service regarding order placement, re-orders, handling returns, claims, and A/R tasks for the UK market. You will collaborate closely with the wholesale sales team to ensure correct order placement in our ERP system, supporting delivery according to customer needs, and optimizing our yearly net sales through a hands-on approach to re-order/pre-order business across markets. Additionally, you will work closely with the Accounts Receivable team.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Support and/or Accounts Receivable.
Highly efficient, structured, and organized with strong administrative skills.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience with ERP systems; Business Central experience is a merit.
Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
High motivation and strong team spirit.
Good knowledge of the apparel industry.
