East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking to fill an Administrative and Clerical Band 2 role on a 12-month fixed-term contract, part-time 22.5 hours per week. The postholder will support accommodation and transport services, coordinate taxi bookings, and maintain records while ensuring a professional customer-focused service.

Qualificações

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Good standard of general education including GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience undertaking administrative duties.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations, complaints or conflict.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for accommodation and transport enquiries.
• Coordinate authorised taxi bookings and maintain records.
