Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Accommodation Officer to manage the Trust Accommodation Service across DRI and Bassetlaw sites. You will handle bookings, financial processes and provide high-quality customer service to tenants.

The role requires detail-orientation, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure with discretion. Part-time, flexible hours, and pro-rata salary are offered by the NHS trust.

Competenze

• Recognised admin/business qualification or relevant experience – NVQ 3, BTEC, ILM 2 or 3
• Recognised qualification in Facilities/Hospitality – Diploma or relevant experience
• Full driving licence with access to vehicle

Mansioni

• Provide a comprehensive and professional accommodation service for all users
• Maintain knowledge of staff, departments, and Trust policies to co-ordinate resources
• Coordinate booking, financial and customer service processes for the Trust Accommodation Service
• Be flexible, confidential and able to work efficiently under pressure
