Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to back the Accommodation Manager, ensuring holiday homes meet high cleanliness and presentation standards. You’ll lead a hands-on team, perform quality checks, and guide daily tasks to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll oversee cleaning of homes, lodges and pods where applicable, manage stock and tools, and train new team members while maintaining health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Ability to access accommodation for checks and perform hands-on cleaning.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained holiday homes for guests.
• Conduct regular inspections and fix non-compliance issues.
• Lead and guide the team through daily tasks and stock management.
• Provide coaching and development to new team members.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and COSHH standards.
